Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased from MamaIfe™ under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Once the refund is issued, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the amount in your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to sale items, gift cards, downloadable digital products, and personalized or custom items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We may request photo evidence of the defective or incorrect product for quality assurance.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return or exchange once you receive the product.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified in the product description or sale terms. If you purchased a product during a promotion or sale, please carefully review any specific terms attached to that sale.
